CAPITAL PROJECT
Build Piglet's Gallery
Piglet's Gallery will be a permanent home for Beth Vannatta's art, right here on the Springdale property. Springdale has no paid staff, so 100% of your gift goes to building it. Volunteers do most of the work, and we hire local contractors for the jobs volunteers can't do.
What it takes to build
Here is every step of the build. Your gift can go to any of them.
• Engineering drawings
• Building permit
• Land work and grading
• Foundation and concrete
• Heated floor
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• The Quonset building itself
• Lumber and drywall
• Insulation
• Labor to build and install the interior
• Bathrooms
• Kitchen
• Floor finishing
• Paint and finishes
